Where can I find suicide-proof rosaries?

I work in a hospital chaplaincy and occasionally we receive requests for rosaries from patients in the mental health unit. The problem is that the crosses are made out of metal or plastic, and patients on suicide watch can use them to self-injure. Where can I find leather rosaries with leather crosses? I have googled but can't find anything.
