Runescape item question?

Ok so I'm level 96 I have 99 fletching and 85 fishing (if this helps) I haven't played in a while so I'm not a memb ne more but in my bank I had 29,000 of these weird black things, they weren't summoning tokens and I'm certain they weren't gloves WHAT could they be? There were 2 white stripes, I'm dying to know how much they're worth because it says members object whenever I put my mouse on them and I'm not about to buy a membership soon, 10 points for answer? Just item name not value
