For a compound Bow, is there any rule on the Feather/ Fletches? Is it odd feather in, or out?

If you use a standard rest, it's odd feather out. With Whisker Biscuit or fall away rest, it doesn't make any difference, but just to be consistent you may want to turn them all the same way.
