Help making 1mil on runescape?

Im a member and i want to make about 1mil in 3-4 hours please help me out and also my levels are attack-50 strength-40 defence-43 woodcutting-33 cooking-16 firemaking-12 prayer-38 ranged 11 crafting-22 mining-6 fishing-10 magic-7 fletching-4 theiving-5 and the rest is 1/1 my total level is 54 please help me out
