What should i buy with 28mil in runescape?

I have 28mil cash and i dont know what to buy. I am thinking about dragon pl8 and dragonfire shield but idk. I have another question, is a dragon pl8 better than torags pl8? That will help make my decision. My levels are 75 att, def, str. 91 mage, 65 range. 60 prayer. 88 fishing, 99 fletch lol(pointless skill), and think those are the main ones. Theres also a bcp and fury ive been thinking about. I am looking for some armor in general. Either mage and melee or just melee. I dont really care about range. Thanks!
