Runescape Range Help?

Hi, im deciding on whether to keep playing my combat level 71 character with 62 range, 60 attack, 52 magic, 49 defence, and 53 strength and 82 fletching with Fremmenik Trials done and Horror from the Deep quest or to start a new character and to make him a range pure so I can have 99 range with a level 68. Please tell pros and cons for each. Thanks!
