Runescape; Can I Do LVL 3 Clue Scrolls?

I'll tell you what I did. I'm only level 75 but I raised 4 levels with summoning. I got my level 3 clue scroll by killing green dragons. They are easy to kill as long as you bring food and ALWAYS bring an anti-dragon shield!!!! You're levels will be fine except I have 62 mage and You have to fight like level 100s sometimes during the clue scroll but you can just use range. You might need to raise you're range to 50 like mine made me because I had to equip blue dragon hide for one part. I would suggest just getting the clue scroll first and then seeing what you need to level up. You might not need to level anything at all!
